i hate insurance agent. Or @least e 1 my mummie chose for me, thinking she was nice. i cant believe it!! >.< Few mths back, i actually called her & asked if i was covered under Incomeshield. She returned my call e nxt day n boldly confirmed w mi tt i was. Then just few mins ago, whn my mummie checked from e computer system, my policy's status is rejected!! So who should we believe? E agent? Or e supposedly updated system? If 1 of them was wrong, what does this say abt e company?? Technical fault? Or just blame on human error.. she checked wrongly? im waiting for her to call me back tomorrow. Sighs. Why r pple like that? >.< They are only working for the money.. not for e well-being of their clients @all. What if i hadda make a claim few mths back? Thinking i was covered under insurance (thanks to e confirmation frm her), only to be rejected cuz e insurance policy never did exist! im juz so pissed off right now. If this turns out to be true, how can people like her pass to be insurance agents? i took her word for it, n thus didnt buy any more insurance thinking i was covered. If it turns out tt i wasnt.. im really pissed. N he's not around to comfort me.. =( i feel like screaming~~~  Labels: pissed off. |
